GoPro Helmet Cam video of the descent:

Description:
This trip involved a climb from the Bogus Basin OB gates off the Majestic ski run to the top of Mores Mountain. I then descended an area of the NE bowl down to an unmaintained FS road at approximately 5,700 feet. The entire trip took just over 2 hours. Most people only ski about the top 1/3 of this route and then catch another unmaintained FS trail back to the resort OB gates. The bottom 2/3 provides great skiing in rock outcrops, brush, trees and gullies. It does require a significant climb back out, and there are no visible markers for how/where to climb out. My route that I have done numerous times is detailed in the GPS data, and it basically involves a quick scramble from the FS road up onto a ridge that goes NW and returns me to the upper trail that usually has visible tracks back to the gates.
The snow was firm, (hence the shaky helmet cam footage at times), but in great condition. I always make this trip about this same time each year and have always had great conditions.
