Boise Foothills Trail Running

Activity Type: Trail Running and Hiking
Mountain Range or Region: Boise Front, State: ID, Country: USA
The GPS data contains 18 different trail runs or hikes around the Boise area. There is a wide variety of distances and levels of difficulty. Many of these trails are multi-use trails and you will find heavy mountain bike traffic. The notable exception is the upper Hulls Gulch Interpretive trail. It is foot traffic only and is featured in at least 3 of the route variations.
The most difficult is the Hard Guy trail. I usually mountain bike this, but I have seen runners on it. I did it once to collect the GPS data. It was 12+ miles of torture. Also included is a great hike around Bogus Basin.
Note: The Dry Creek hike was actually compiled from a mountain bike ride that I made. However I have done this hike with my wife multiple times, (just lost the GPS data somewhere).
