I am pleased to announce the latest addition to Hi Adventure. The new site, GPS Exchange.com, contains the following functionality:
- Complete database of GPS content from Hi-Adventure posts, as well as many other “tracks” that have been recorded, (80 GPS files in the database and they contain hundreds of tracks).
- New “map view” feature that allows the user to visually see where the tracks are and click on the map for detailed information contained in the GPS database.
- New/updated videos that are integrated with the GPS data, and offer caption based commentary on the trails.
- Capability to easily update and add to the GPS database.
In the near future, we will also adding a dynamically generated map capability to view any GPS track in the database!
Have a look, and we encourage you to give feedback. Let us know what you think of the new functionality, and any suggestions you have for future versions.
